Instruction

Weaving, spinning, knitting, quilting, rug hooking and tatting instruction is informal and done on a one-to-one basis.  Instruction is available year round upon request.  We ask that students become members of the Latimer Center, and be willing to explain their work to visitors.  There are no other fees for this type of instruction.
 

Quilting Services

Latimer Quilt and Textile Center does not do hand or machine quilting, basting or tying, or give appraisals. However, we do give referrals for all of theses services.

Guild Meetings

Latimer welcomes local guilds to use the center for their meetings.

The 3rd Thursday of the month, 10:30 A.M.

Ocean Breeze RugKrafters Guild
The 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, 11 A.M. - 4 P.M.

Latimer Quilt and Textile Center is available to do presentations on the center, and to show examples from our collection, to guilds and at quilt and textile shows. Contact us for details.
